In the past few years,it is increasingly difficult to find a volunteer to serve as BBQ Chairman,to oversee and coordinate all the various tasks involved in putting on an event of this magnitude. Last year,after several requests for a volunteer or volunteers brought no response,two of the NCA board members took on the task.
